Eligibility criteria
- The program is available for the members of a Hungarian diaspora living in any country outside of the European Union, the Republic of Serbia or the Zakarpattia Oblast of Ukraine.

- Tuition-free education: exemption from the payment of tuition fee.
- Doctoral level program: HUF 140,000/month for the first phase of education (4 semesters) HUF 180,000/month for the second phase of education (4 semesters)
